Great question.
Currently, my biggest challenge has been the pandemic as a few of my customers have been closed and unfortunately some will be permanently closed as well.
Its been a hectic year as you know and some of my customers have not been able to bounce back into trade. So starting a new relationship with new people can be a bit challenging, at first, but gradually it can be overcome by making sure you support them and are there for them .
