First and foremost, be yourself. Any hiring manager wants to feel like they have seen the 'real you'. Also try to be really clear yourself on where your strengths lie in terms of skills and character traits and also where your development areas lie. This information should feed really well into what you are going to bring to the role and also what you want to get out of the role in terms of your own personal development
