Hi, our ethos at CCEP is that Everyone is Welcome. We celebrate our differences and through a forum of ambassadors we create awareness of many topics. We have a specific LGBTQ+ forum and last year for Pride month we had rainbow flags and carpets in our offices and factories, I posted daily online, educating about famous people within the community and we invited colleagues to online calls with relevant discussion points. We celebrated Pride across numerous cities with personnel attending and taking part. At CCEP we want our people to 'Be yourself, Be valued and Belong'.
