How is this company promoting diversity?

There are a number of ways CCEP are promoting diversity and building toward what we term a more 'inclusive, diverse and equitable' workplace. We have a belief that everyone is welcome, to be yourself, be valued and belong.

During my time working in the GB team I'm proud to have supported this ambition as an ambassador, through a network called 'JustBe'. This involved learning, training and awareness on ID&E topics, and the importance of active allyship.

My belief is that by building more diverse and inclusive teams, more people have the chance to feel they belong, are confident and able to share their ideas and above all feel included. When we bring people together in this way we can harness all their ideas and perspectives and create something altogether more impactful.
