Paul B.
Technical Operator
I came through the agency route and was trained internally on the job. Afterwards i had to go through the interview and test stage.
I did have a mechanical background so that did help. If you are applying direct to CCEP then they may require you to have a base line knowledge of working in a factory environment. I know this may not help greatly as i cant answer your question in to fine a detail.
Thanks
Paul
