The great thing about CCEP is there are a number of roles, across many different departments that may fit you and your skills, interests and future capabilities. In my role in digital strategy & transformation I'd say the traits needed most are: 1. Hard Working! 2. Good communicator 3. Ability to come up with and build ideas with others 4. Teamwork 5. Curiosity - learn, adapt, try, and explore
