Hi Belinda,
The targets are challenging, however, if the quartly or annual targets planned well and broken down into monthly targets, it can be achievable. We work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Overall i think the targets are achievable. They can be broken down into 2, 3 or 4 areas so there is always the opportunity to achieve part of the target. Its very much role dependent so i have had times where iv achieved some, all or none of my targets. That said the company very much looks at the way in which you work, your ethics and actions rather than only looking at the end result. In National Accounts our normal working week is Monday - Friday.
