What support for personal development / training is provided?

Hi and thanks for reaching out! There are many many options for personal development. There are official courses we can put our names forward for, such as negotiations. Or you may be put forward by your line manager.

Depending on where you join in the business there are also official sales courses that Reps have the opportunity of going on. I did and found these very useful. The environment always feels safe which supports learning.

There is also a whole Academy of online courses that we all have access to. Plus another platform called Juice that covers topics in bit size pieces.

Additionally, there is the option to lead a project that you identify which will help you in your career development. These are a great way to support and learn from a different area of the business.

Whats important to remember is that development is self driven. These tools are here to help, as is the management but it really comes down to the individual to drive their agenda. The business will support this.
