Great question, and we try to make this really simple as we don’t want what anyone to be put off applying for a role or attending an interview because they don’t have a suit and tie! We don’t wear suits and ties at CCEP, so we don’t expect you to either. Be encouraged to wear what you want to an interview, anything you have already available and of course what you feel comfortable in. We’re far more interested in you as a person than your dress sense :).
However, if you are attending one of our Manufacturing sites for an interview from my own experience, I would suggest you wear covered and low heeled shoes rather than sandals, for safety reasons.
