What is the culture like at CCEP?

Thanks for your great question. Honestly there is a great culture and an often hear phrase is come for the brands, stay for the people’. I have been fortunate to work in field sales roles, GB office based roles and now in a global (remote) role, and consistently there is a culture of teamwork and support to achieve success. There is also a focus on building an inclusive culture; where everyone feels they can be themselves, be valued and belong. We have an active network of ambassadors who drive conversation and change around inclusion diversity and equity which, for me, is so important.
