Manager Operational Excellence

A typical day for me starts with travelling to one of our manufacturing sites, depending on the location I may travel the day before , usalluly one or more of my OE colleagues will join me on site , but ocassionally we attend sites individually. Once on site I will touch base with the Site management team to discuss and agree our objectives for the day .
I will then allocate my time on site accordingly. A normal working day can see me spending time with line Operatives , in meetings with management, assessing site performance v the operational excellence standards or delivering training sessions.
