My initial interest was two-fold:
1) The Brands: CCEP makes, moves and sells the world's most loved drinks. So the opportunity to be a part of this process was a key motivation!
2) The Size & Scale of the Business: CCEP (now) operates in 31 countries, with over 42,000 employees and there are so many different roles you can perform to gain different experiences / cultures!

What has kept me here for now 4+ years is 3) the People - this is what makes you stay. CCEP is truly a People business and provides a great place to work and develop your career, as well as lasting friendships with colleagues.
