When recruiting, what's something that quickly disqualifies someone? What looks attractive in the application process?

I'm trying to learn more about Coca-Cola's selection process. Of course, following directions is good, but do certain things like weird fonts, poor grammar, or including a headshot automatically disqualify applicants?
