    It is a journey, which you want to bring others along with you, so they understand why this is so important. First of all its about starting off being clear on where you want to focus and the steps we are looking to take to get there.

    Thanks Danielle I’ve actually just completed diversity and inclusion training as part of my Tesco manager job role. It's very encouraging that the big companies are looking at such a social issue.
