A typical day as a year 1 apprentice is in the merchandising role. You will have an area of retail stores mapped out for you to visit where you use an app to check stock levels, marketing materials, pricing etc. By building relationships with the colleagues in the store, you will be able to locally agree displays, stock levels etc. There will also be days where you will be assigned a store to activate 'Day 1' activities which is where the campaigns CCEP run need to be activated in stores.
