As a field sales account manager, I’d say that it’s probably handling objections/ rejection as that can feel quite demotivating. Having said this, we have extensive training on how to overcome/ handle these so I feel prepared.... other than that, just the rain haha!

As an accounts executive, personally one the hardest part of my role is time keeping. It’s so easy to get carried away in a store that you’re meant to be visiting for an hour, then you check your watch and it’s been two! Like Roisin, I would also say being rejected after you’ve presented or pitched an idea to a customer. You need to be very resilient! They always come round to your ideas, it just takes a little time!
