Hi Anon
Currently in Wholesale, I think one of the most challenging aspect of the role is, when you agree action points with the customers they are not implemented. This can be frustrating and time consuming. In my view one of the best ways to tackle this is to follow it up with an email/ phone call to the decision maker prior to your next visit/ appointment.
