Hi Shannon, Thank you for your question! Although I now work in our People & Culture team, I initially started out as a Sales Rep within our Independents field sales team. I applied for the role as the company and the brands excited me. I loved the idea of being responsible for a territory and building rapport with customers to help them to maximise their sales as well as increasing the awareness of our products!
