    Richard F. Employee Relations Manager

Hi Luri, onboarding is very important to us in CCEP. This is where we need to deliver a world class experience for the new employee and make sure that they have al of the right equipment the need for when they start. It also gives a great insight into the planning of the company, we also make sure that an induction plan is in place to help get through the first few weeks and beyond. I hope this helps?
