Hi Anon,
To be honest, over the years the work life balance has improved immensely with the technology & tools.
As a field sales rep/ AE, the expectation is to work 9am to 5pm. With good planning and organising skills, it is manageable. If someone is asked to take any additional responsibility or tasks, by speak with line manager, who will help you can find solution.
