At Coca-Cola you are in control of your own growth and development. There are internal tools for independent learning and several different online courses; this is great as you can manage you development around your own personal workload. In addition you can speak to your manager who will support you in developing a career plan and identify what activities and or tasks can help you to work towards your goal. Previously I have spent time with colleagues from other departments so I can understand more about the different areas of the business, personally I found this has helped me during my career at CCEP.

I’d second what Jade says! There are so many options and ways to progress. I personally really like that I can do shadowing/ volunteering in pretty much any department and then use our online academy to enhance and further my skills. It’s great that you have full control of your success!
