We are really keen to see people from all different backgrounds and experiences and to get to this stage you've already gone far, as we have 100's of applications for these roles, so well done! On the next part of the assessment we're really encouraging people to continue to be themselves and we'll make the day fun and informal to help with this. We're looking for people who are passionate, interested in us as an organisation and looking forward to a long career with us.
