Hi there, what a great question! So the value of doing an apprenticeship is the structure you get from your work experience. You're absolutely right, there will be rotations each year, to build up your knowledge of our commercial function in all environments. In your first year you'll get to know the Grocery side of our business, in the second year you'll work across our Away from Home business (so everything outside of Grocery, anything on the high street basically). From this you have enough experience to decide which roles you would like to spend your final two years in, this could include national sales, commercial development, and a number of other roles within our commercial operation. That's the benefit of this apprenticeship, it's structured but also very geared towards our apprentices and their strengths and passion points. Does it sound exciting to you?
