Absolutely, you have a tailored induction plan into your new role which can be a few weeks depending on job role. This time is spent with your line manager and peers.

Your line manager will draw up a detail training program which is designed to make new starters confident with CCEP sales structure. New starters also get the opportunity to go on professional sales course to build your knowledge and confidence.
