Hi Gloria, glad you're potentially interested in a couple of our roles!

The selection criteria is very much centred around strengths based assessment against our key ways of working (behaviours or competencies) and technical aptitude (which may differ by apprenticeship role).

Our key ways of working are: Listening & Caring; Empowered to Win Together; Execute with Speed and Agility; Passion for Growth; Focus on Customer and Frontline...we all like to live by these and it makes for a nice work culture.

We look for people who are curious, adaptable, passionate and resilient!

We do have people applying for multiple roles, and in these cases, we do try to make the process as streamlined as possible (so you are not having to go through the same assessments on multiple occasions) :-)
