My decision to try out a new area of the business was nerve wrecking as it was (and still is) completely out of my comfort zone. It would have been easier to stay where I was, however I really wanted to push myself and try a new challenge so I took the plunge and did it. I was really fortunate that the business were so supportive which has made the transition great. I'm still very new in my role so learning all the time and it's a journey but I'm proud for pushing myself out of my comfort zone.
