I was successful for a role in Merchandising (Coventry area). After a telephone conversation with the recruiter on pay and shift pattern which she said she was going to discuss with the hiring manager; she never got back till date and has not returned any of my calls. My question is this acceptable looking at your brand and the effort candidate put in just to get an interview.
