hi, im an experience field sales rep and used to good wages, is commission uncapped?

Hi - it isn't a commission based salary as such as most of the current targets are driven by the distribution of products rather than the volume of sales. However there is a quarterly bonus structure on top of the base salary which will change depending on the needs of the business. Thanks,
