When moving into second year and becoming a Sales Representatives, is the role structured mainly around inbound, outbound or a mix of both?
Another question I would have is, what is the pay structure when transitioning into a Sales Representatives, would the achievements of both personal and team KPI's be rewarded as a percentage or on a per sale commission bases?

Hi! Really good question, I'll try my best to answer but wont have any specific figures or anything. @Sharon B. may be able to help more with the pay structure element. The apprentice program is still quite new and only a few cohorts have been through it (most are still on program) so I'm not sure we have any that have moved into an account executive role so far. However, I will say you will definietly have developed all the skills required to be an account executive by the end of your apprenticeship.
