Hello Sarah.
In my role team work is key. Although most of the time we are singleton working, to be as effective as possible, it is important that we collaborate with other teams to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
Our targets are aligned so that we are working together towards the same goals.
We also use chatter posts and a team group WhatsApp to share best practice, new ideas, and exchange of information.
