    Hi! I would categorise performance into two sides: work and univeristy. At work, your line manager will give regular feedback at your one-to-one meetings and will set sales targets for you based on your area and other factors. At university, the review process is slightly more formal and you have a review meeting with your skills coach and line manager every three months to assess how your skills are progressing and how your assignments are going and then you set goals for your development.
