Flexible working, Adjustments in the workplace where neccessary, Wellbeing sessions, EAP programme etc are all some of the things in place. We want our colleagues to feel safe and well at work and ccep do their very best to ensure this is the case. I have a great work life balance, I enjoy working and still enjoy my evenings and weekends - I really do "switch off" when its time to switch off and know I always have support from my team or manager to cover me should the workload ever get much.
