Hi there! Thanks for your great question - and the short answer is yes, CCEP promotes diversity in a number of ways.

Our Inclusion Diversity & Equity (ID&E) mantra is 'be yourself, be valued, belong' which celebrates the ability for everyone to bring their best self to work everyday. In some countries, like GB, there is an active group of inclusion and diversity 'ambassadors' who learn, share and grow to drive a more diverse culture locally, they are our JustBe ambassadors (there are over 150 here). There is also a central (global) team who run a calendar of events, from Black History Month, to ThisAbilty Awareness Month.

There is a saying about CCEP that 'people come for the brands and stay for the people' - and for me that's down to the fact there are so many people with such great ideas, and the more we can do to promote sharing and learning from everyone the better. It would be great to see even more diverse talent join CCEP and be promoted up through the business.
