The rotational nature of the grad scheme means we develop an end to end perspective of the supply chain and get a great overview of how the business works and the roles that the different departments play. Within my production team leader placement I gained great people management skills which was a great opportunity so early in my career. My current role with the commercialisation team is very fast paced and involves contact with many stakeholders so has developed my communication skills
