    Lily U. Sales Apprentice

I came straight out of A-levels into my apprenticeship. At first, I was worried about going straight into a full-time job and all my friends going to uni but when I joined CCEP you join a group of similar-aged like-minded apprentices who I made friends with straight away. Your confidence grows as time goes on and will be in training for the first couple of weeks of the role to get you settled in. Now it just feels like normality and I couldn't imagine me going to uni!!
