Hi Benjamin! In my experience, the first two years of the apprenticeship are field based (face to face with customers) so working from home isnt typically involved in this, however, I have always agreed with my line manager a day of the week that I will allocate to university work and on that day I will work from home and complete assignments/do research/reading.
