    Although we work independently on a daily basis. We have monthly face to face meetings and 3 virtual teams meetings a week. We also speak on the phone regularly and collaborate with other field sales reps.

    As a merchandiser we work independently but have twice weekly half hour team calls (one for a catch up and one for training) and we continually communicate with each other on teams, sharing info, asking questions and some banter. Someone is always at the end of the phone also.
