    Hi Harry, after completion of the apprenticeship you'll be qualified to become a full-time engineer on site. This can then lead to progression within the site (and across other sites should you wish) as you gain experience. There are Team Leader, Production Manager, Site Operations Manager levels above. Or Reliability Engineers, Automation Engineers, Maintenance Managers. Plenty of opportunities :)
