Coca Cola don't expect everyone to have a degree. In fact a large proportion of people starting in the company do so via the Field Sales route and many of my peers at the time didn't have a degree.

I don't work in the Talent Acquisition department but would imagine that they look for a well rounder person, who has a passion for the company and role they do and most importantly will do it with pride.

The company promote a very inclusive and diverse environment so each person applying would be taken on their merits. Not Einstein's :)

What do you think are the most important qualities for someone to excel in a field sales representative role?
