    Ciara S. Supply Chain Graduate

Yes every graduate is assigned a mentor at Associate Director level or higher. You have regular check ins to discuss how you're getting on in your current rotation, if you require any support or simply to have a chat! You also have regular 1-1s with your line managers in your various rotation. The great thing about the rotational nature of the grad scheme is that you meet so many people along the way so your support network continues to grow as you progress through the programme.

Thank you Ciara, that is exactly what I am looking for: a supportive environment where I can collaborate with different people and teams! What is the most interesting project you have worked on? I am trying to get a sense of the type of work I will be doing if I will be successful in the recruitment process.
