First and foremost you have to be good at what you d or bring something different to the table. You need to build a good rapport with people and be a role model amongst you peers. This industry is very data driven, if you can demonstrate that you are delivering your targets through data then you stand in good stead. I came into the business with little experience, low skill but very high will. I asked the right question and always showed my willingness to learn new things. You have to be resilient, tenacious and be able to challenge the status quo
