The merchandiser role is supporting grocery outletsYear 2 - You will be frontline Sales, in our Away From Home outlets such as independent retailers, clubs, pubs etc., and will have sales targets to achieve.
Year 3 & 4 you might stay within away from home or if an opportunity came up then you could apply for it -
