Hey Adrian, sorry it's taken me so long to reply to you! So after moving from a merchandiser to the rep role, it wasn't hard at all to move roles and cope with the training. You get training for a month and will go out with different people who will all show you ways oif working and different levels of understanding which really helps. They move at a pace that is good for you and they don't rush you which is what i appreciated. Whenever you need help with anything, they're always there for you :)
