How do you manage your workload in your role?

That's always an interesting question!

Whatever role you are in at CCEP we all go through times of having a busy schedule, which might feel a little over whelming at times. For me, it's about taking a step back, sitting down and listing all the tasks that I need to tackle and prioritising them. I am a huge fan of the To Do list!..

Even still sometimes we all have to have honest conversations with either ourselves or others if a timescale is not realistic, but with having a good understand of the business priorities and approachable colleagues up and down our structure it does help manage this situation.
