I would describe the culture at CCEP as 'Welcoming', when I first joined I was met with open arms and that sense of being part of something great from the first day. There's no denying that Coca Cola is one of the largest brands in the world, and everyone knows that. The team I work in in Customer Service is a large team of diverse people from all different backgrounds who help one another in their day to day work, it is encouraged to work as part of a team as we cross-train on each others accounts to allow us to help the team, say if one of your team is managing a heavier workload then someone can chip in to take some work off. I came from a Customer Service background when I worked with Nottingham City Council, which was an environment that I was not invested in, but joining CCEP was a breath of fresh air as I felt very involved and was able to share my ideas on how to improve processes, any ideas or just general feedback, and anything like this is not ignored, it is encouraged to have these ideas and share them. It's not treated silly or dismissed, it is taken on board and you are listened to. At the end of the day, we want to make things easier and more efficient, with the diverse team we have there is an array of thoughts and ideas that incorporate different opinions. The office environment is great for our Nottingham Office, I do prefer working in the office compared to Working From Home, and no it is definitely not because of the fridge stocked with our products... Maybe partially.
