Be open to exploring different areas, that you may not have even considered! It's a great learning opportunity so just make the most out of it

Be open to the possible opportunities, that become available and don't be afraid to be outside of your comfort zone

Have there been successful candidates who have no prior experience for the specific graduate program they applied for?

Yes! I had no supply chain experience when I applied, I actually originally applied for a different scheme but after speaking to Supply Chain graduates at my assessment centre it sounded like a really exciting programme so I asked if I could be considered for this role instead. As long as you can demonstrate that you have the skills that the business is looking for you don't need any specific experience
