We only use strength based interviews for this programme - so they are a lot more open ended and conversational. This means it doesn't matter too much about your past experience, and you can talk more about what you enjoy doing and what you are passionate about. There are also lots of transferabble skills across all the different sectors (such as communication skills, problem solving etc..) so you can talk about these.
