What advice would you give to a candidate who doesn't have past supply chain experience, but has worked across different sectors and markets within the marketing and sales roles?

There will be site based rotations in various departments on site including production, engineering, QESH, distribution. The central rotations include Planning and Commercialisation, Customer Service and Logistics and Manufacturing Transformation. Your areas of interest and strengths are taken into account when rotations are being assigned

After completing the graduate program, is there opportunities to work in the R&D areas of the company?
