What has been your experience of flexible working?

Hi there, Thank you for your question! This can differ a little by role, function and country and I would always advocate discussing any personal requirements you may have with your manager / hiring manager or HR. In my example, I work in a global team, with colleagues based all across the world. As such we operate a flexible working policy, balancing some days in the office and some days working from home. I think it's healthy and useful to meet colleagues face to face (for example in the office or for select workshops or meetings) balanced with time working remotely or from home. There is a good culture around hybrid working, with the right tools and platforms for virtual meetings and hybrid collaboration and file sharing. Thanks! Josh
