What is the work environment like?

The work environment is mixed due to the hybrid approach! When in the office, there can be a great buzz and collaborative atmosphere. When working from home, everyone is supportive and attempts to make themselves available if required - as it can feel more lonely when sat at your desk alone - to overcome this, we also ensure there are regular touchpoints and check-ins across the teams! A huge focus is on accepting failure as a process to learn but also improve - which underpins our mindsets.
